Recuerdo a Queen
Si algo puede acompañar a un buen paseo en coche, es una buena banda sonora (amén de la buena compañía). Y éste sábado dimos con una banda sonora inmejorable: Queen.
Hace tiempo os hablé de una de las canciones que más me han impresionado en toda mi vida (Show must go on), y ahora con el invento de youtube, quien no conozca lo que Queen representó (y representa) en el mundo, aquí tiene un fabuloso "recopilatorio" de momentos gráficos (videoclips y "backstages" del grupo).
Os recomiendo mil que lo veais hasta el final. Se me pone la carne de gallina al ver tantos cientos de miles de personas amontonadas en medio del campo, sólamente para ser parte de un concierto de Queen (porque dudo que vieran NADA). Las vistas desde el helicóptero que transporta al grupo son una muestra de la importancia mundial de esta formación.
Ahora os dejo la letra de la canción que acompaña al video, más impresionante aún que el vídeo, canción que como ya he dicho en alguna ocasión, fué escrita por Freddie Mercury cuando se acercaba conscientemente hacia su muerte. Algunas frases son... bueno, incalificables:
